Only ONE attachment is allowed. The attachment must be in the form of a compressed zip file (7z, RAR, zip, zipx, tar.bz2, and tar.gz). The file size cannot exceed 150MB. The attachment must include all required documents as listed in the submission requirements of the solicitation. Details and requirements for individual solicitations can be accessed above under Related Information.
